Ok so here's the deal, I've been getting the these two codes on a cold start, P1193 and P1313. I've attached the live data from the ecu reader.

it's a 1997 land rover discovery 1. It's been sitting for about 8 months, just changed plugs, fresh oil, wires look ok.

st ftrm1 oddly enough doesn't move at all, always 24.2% , bad o2? Anyways , I'd like some insight into what these numbers are telling me.
