Default New Cats? Exhaust deletes?

Just wondering if anyone recommends the magnaflow high flow cat convertors? Apparently they are a factory fit unit. I have around 245000km's on my rig and wonder if they are getting plugged. What can i delete from the exhaust will maintaining enough back pressure? The area i live in doesn't have emmissions testing or any e laws for that matter! Just looking for ways to help it exhale a little easier!lol. maybe pick up a little power for cheap!

If you remove the cats you will not get much more power if any, but you will get better throttle response.
