Default No Power while accelerating

I am still kind of a newbe but, have been trying to lean all I can about rovers. I bought my 2001 SE-7 last year, I have upgraded to Goodyear Duratac and installed a 2004 Hi/Lo shifter to gain the dif lock, while fixing all the little cosmetic things I can. I have 90,000 miles. The previous owner had the tranmission changed at 70k. I think because of the front U joint blowing up, I have the greese zerks on mine!?!? All in all I love it...however right now when I Floor it the RPM's stop at .....maybe 2900 but wont shift till I let off the gas a touch. This is really noticeable at highway speeds and trying to pass. I just repaced my rear O2 sensors with no change.....I live 350mi. from any dealer and want to know if anyone here has delt with this.

Why would you replace only the rear 02 sensors, what codes did you have.
By the way, the 02's have no bearing on your shift points.
Do you know how to check the tranny fluid level, if so do it, could be low.
Send me your number before you go wasting any more money on it and I'll walk you thru what to check.
