Do you have any oil leaking from your valve covers? This tends to drip right down onto the wire connection coming from the O2 sensor and shorts it out. I went through numerous sensor replacements until I finally replaced the gaskets on my valve covers. You may try relocating the connector plugs by removing them from the back of the engine (small clip) and tie them out of the way. That is of course if you are having the oil issue.

Check and clean your connections with electrical contact cleaner, install some die electric grease and then replace your valve covers to stop the leak.
