Default Oil on spark plugs.

Greetings,

as described in an earlier post (https://landroverforums.com/m_25400/tm.htm), the truck has been running like crap, specially under load (with thepedal to the floor). I checked one of the plugs, which were just recently replaced about 1 month ago (Bosch Platinum +4), and itwas totally black and the threads had some black, oil looking fluid on them. How can I tell if the mixture has oil in it? And if it is oil, what is the diagnosis?

Thank you
