P2089 code help range rover supercharged 2008

P2089 code help range rover supercharged 2008
I have code P2089 which continues to show up. I have replaced the down stream O2 sensor, cleaned the MAF, and replaced the PCV. But, the problem continues to show up. I am not sure what else could be causing the problem so any help would be greatly appreciated.
