Default Passenger Seat Controls are broke

My passenger seat on my 2000 Discovery is not working. I checked the the fuses under the seat but didn't appear to be a problem with the fuses. Just wondering if it could be a relay switch, the controls themselves, or the motor and how to check to figure out which one it could be????? THanks

Hammbone, was having a similar issue with my Disco, though it was the drivers side. After considerable troubleshooting I found that wire harness below the seat had two loose harness connectors. Get under the seat, from behind and jiggle the wires about some, this may help to isolate the problem

Also, the F1, F2, and F3 fuses under the seat are for the lumbar and heater element, check the fuses in the control panel also.
