Default unused electrical connect by window/heated seat controls?

I found an unused electrical connected mixed in with the wires for the windows/heated seats.

its 4 or 5 prong, its army green, and it has a bright blue and red wire going in, and two wires hanging out of it that are cut, one black and the other bright green maybe?

Glad you have a sense of humor.

I have no idea what that plug is for, I assume your butt warmers and power seats work.

hmmm.... brake interlock? Can you shift out of park without stepping on the brake? Just guessing because I've seen that done before.
