Petrol octane
I was told that Land Rovers all require Premium (97 Octane) petrol, and that 87 petrol will destroy the engine..

You do want to run the highest octane gas at your fill up stations or your performance will suffer.

you need to run 91+ not necessarily 97. Yes 87 will slowly kill your engine.
