I would realy like to get the real answer on the following problem;
I had a 1999 disco 2 V8 landrover of which the abs,hill descent and abs sensor warning lights continiously came on,nobody could help me to get this resolved.
I have recently bought a 2002 disco2 TD5 landrover and the exact same problem occurs on this model,the warning lights come whilst driving,not always ,once you switch the car off and restart then the lights are off ,just to come on sometimes after 50km driving ,sometimes when the ignition is switch on.
The dealer i bought it from ,says that it is nothing to worry about,it is only dirt or dust on the sensors,only if it stays on then i have to bring it in,now I am certain that this is not right and I need to know what is the cause of this and how to rectify it.
If anybody could help me here I would realy appreciate it
Cheers

First use the search function on the forum and type in "3 Amigo's".
Then start a new thread in the DII section.
Half of this forum is filled with your exact same problem and the answer varies from $ to $$$$.
