Default Power steering pump help

Hey guys hope you're well.
I'm changing my power steering pump on my '97' D1 300tdi over the weekend and really need some advice.
I have gone through the web with a fine tooth comb and can find ZERO info on how to drain the system then refill after fitting. Obviously I want to get it right and don't want to guess......please help.
I tend to be able to understand more seeing a video but pics and description would also be extremely helpful.
Thank you in advance

There is a bleed nipple on top of the steering box, fit a see through drain pipe and crack it off with the engine running and keep topping the reservoir up as it flows through the system under pressure.

Sorry, no pics of it but it's easy enough to do, just crack the bleed nipple to dribble to fluid out and have a gallon ready to back through and flush it out and replace the old stuff.
