Amazon.com: Mityvac MV4560 Radiator/Cooling System and Pressure Test Kit: Automotive Amazon.com: Mityvac MV4560 Radiator/Cooling System and Pressure Test Kit: Automotive

About the cheapest setup I could find. Amazingly it works quite well!! Used it on my son's 93 Cavalier, 2001 Astro van, and on the 97 Disco1 has the adapters to check different systems and pressure caps as well.
I doubt it will last too long but for what I paid for it, I think I have already got my return on investment by fixing one car.

Nice find.

The kit lists that it would work on a 2003-2006 Freelander, 2005-2009 LR3

I think their application guide http://mityvac.com/catalog/Adapter_Selection_Guide.pdf is messed up. It says that you need a MVA107 for a DI or DII and a MVA113 for a 95+ Range Rover. The P38a and DII have the same overflow tank.

It comes with 4 adapters (3 bayonet and 1 external thread) Based upon their app guide the external thread adapter is a MVA103 (Freelander & LR3). However, jimvw57 says it works on a DI...

Just went out and verified, it does work on my D1. cap adapter works and the system adapter works. It does say on the box that it works for a 2003-2006 Freelander, 2005-2009 LR3. I primarily bought it for my Cavalier, and found that it would also work on my D1.
