Range Rover Blower Motor

Unhappy Blower Fan
I have a 2003 Ranger Rover HSC and every time i go to shut it off the heating blower fan stays on sometimes i can get it to go off but also the park light near the gear shift stays on also.....this has happen twice and killed my battery is there any thoughts on what is going on?
