Rear Bearing Part Numbers please

Disco 2 2001

Cannot seem to find the rear sizes/pn
Found lots of posts on fronts. Are they the same?

I would like bearing size and seal size and amount needed or part number

STC4299 Part Number for the complete set. Land Rover catalog does not break it down. Will need to look in the aftermarket
