my rear hatch on my 01 disco is frozen. not as in icy but as in it wont open. im assuming this is a common problem and im just too stupid to figure it out. any suggestions?

 

Common issue.
Remove the Rover emblym from the rear of the door, clean and lube the handle parts and you should be OK.

 

thanks mike. i searched old posts and got the same info. this site is great. in one day ive gotten info on fixing my rear latch, changing my a/c heater display back to standard F, and getting rid of the 3 amigos. that is FANTASTIC. the brain trust saves me again.
