Rear is sagging , air ride suspension not functioning

Rear is sagging , air ride suspension not functioning
The rear is not inflating, but this happens 60% of the time, so I am wondering if the bags are okay , but something else electrical ? a relay to inflate them ? Any thoughts or ideas, should I convert to springs ?
