If the car has high miles , the springs are most likley dry rotting, easy to check with soapy water, and easy to replace. coil springs are an option but the SLABS ECU will need to be changed (calibrated)to reflect that the vehicle is equipped with coils.

Just because someone says replace the SLS with coils, doesn't make it better.
Do your truck settle when parked over night or does this happen only when driving?
Chances are you may just have a bad height switch on the drivers side, if so, cheap part and 5 minutes labor to replace it.
If you want to explore this a little more, call me and we can talk.
