Replace fan clutch?

Replace fan clutch?
I'm in the process of doing the head gaskets on my 2001 Disco II. They weren't strictly necessary, but I figured I had the time and the money and I'd appreciate the peace of mind. I'm going in and replacing the HGs, radiator, and thermostat.
My question is: should I replace the fan clutch as well? It seems like it has been operating just fine, no overheat issues or anything like that. But I figure since it's apart, it would be super easy to do (not that it's difficult to do in the first place). The truck has 123,000 miles on it, and I'm assuming the fan clutch is original. There is an OEM one in town for not much more than the Chevy van clutch ($76). Or I could go with the factory one.
Thoughts?
