Default replacing expansion tank

I am planning on doing this tonight to hopefully remedy my cooling problem... Do i need to do drain and fill of the entire system or what? and thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.......

Just remove and replace the tank. No need to touch the rest of the system.

pics are working for me. wow...lots of epoxy, no? probably took more time to try and fix it than doing it right the first time...

Mine split on me last year. Saw that it was chaffing on the shock tower which may have been the problem. Easy fix is a small piece of rubber tubing cut lenghthwise and slipped it over the ridge of the shock tower between the tank.
