Year and model will help. Don't you have your owners manual, it is spelled out in there in great detail?

Hi David
Follow the following procedure to set the windows and sunroof.Switch on the ignition.Start with any window and press the down button. As the window goes down you will get an audible and visual message that the window is not set. When the window reaches the bottom release the switch. Now press the up button and do not release the button until the window reaches the top.Hold the switch untill the dashboard gives you a message WINDOW SET. Now do the rest of the windows.Open the sunroof all the way without releasing the switch.Close the sunroof without releasing the switch.Release the switch and press and hold it again until the sunroof tilts up and hold it untill the dashboard give a message SUNROOF SET.Problem solved
Regards
Marius
