You may want to check your wiring from the battery to the main fuse/relay case under the hood. My Nav wasfried because of a shortbetween the battery and the main fuse box.Being that I didn't use the Nav very much, didn't have the $1800 to replace it,and only wanted my volume control back, I rewired the stereo around the Nav controler in the back. Without this, the Nav amp will continue to mute the Radio down to a "moderate colume" until it is replaced. ($1800)
