Default Screaming Belt

Looking for a solution to a screaming belt. I've tried the spray..........it just got worst.

hello, this was PDC...I have '04 disco.....I just noticed the belt was instaled wrong.....my question is how does the tension pulley move? So I can fix. Sorry fro the lack of info.

There should be a belt diagram sticker, maybe on the radiator.
As far as releasing the tension, use a wrench on the tensioner and turn the bolt clockwise.
