Default Small paint job question for 98 disco.

So i'm in the market for a 98 disco and I found what appears to be a decent deal but some of the paint on the roof is damaged. Curious what it would cost to repaint? Naturally since it's on the roof it's not a big deal and I was thinking about getting a rack anyway. Just curious as to the cost or specifics with this kind of work. Doesn't need to be the whole car, just the little parts that are at an angle and you can see from the street. Possibly the the right bumper scratch there too. Not a deal breaker. Here's a picture.

I would rattle can it. You can find exact matches online. If you want it to last, but a can of auto primer and clear coat. Clean/sand the area(s). Prime. Paint. Clear. Should take more than a couple hours and it will look great; not new, but close.

Of you take it to a shop, it'd be in the hundreds of dollar range. Spend $30-50 at autozone and save the rest for real repairs.

Sorry, just looked at the pic. Looks like its just oxidation. Some rubbing compound might be all you need.

Or it could be the clear coat failing. I'd start with the compound and if that doesn't work, some wet sanding and then a coat of clear might take care of it. Or just ignore it and spend the time and money elsewhere.
