stalls and will not start for a min
i had a thread in discovery, but this seems to be the place for it
i have a 95 disco w/70k miles, i just put a HG set on it and new plugs
it was stalling in gear(this improved w/new plugs,bpr6es, but no fixed) and will not start back up for a min unless i clear it by pulling the dizzy plug and spining it over w/no fuel/spark
now it also has a hesitation
check engine light is not on
how do i check the
fuel temp sensor
clt temp sensor
vac advance on the dizzy
also, which port on the dizzy goes to the intake? which clt sensor goes to the ecu(at the thermo, or the 2 wire on the manifold)
what type sensor is in the dizzy? if hall sensor i was thinking of adding edis-8 after i work this out, maybe megasquirt it too!

RE: stalls and will not start for a min
i ohm'd the temp sensors and one was 4, one 1 and other 3.5 if irecall correctly, all changing slightly as the truck cooled
the vac advance seems to not hold vac, and vac has no effect, so says the timing light, might not be my hesitation, but is a problem
and, any problems brake booster letting unmeter'd air into the intake
gas milage is very bad, i do live in the city, but it seems a bit much
