I had to take the cover off above the steering column so that I could manually lift up the two small petal plates that come together to release the key. It moves normally when you put it in and start the vehicle, just can't get it out. Anyone have an idea what I need to think about ordering? seems that there is a small box right below that may control the rod that goes up inside them.
