Toddco whats up?? Wheres my package?
Order a body lift a week and a half ago on the 8th, he issued a shipping ticket on the 13th that was priority 2-day and it hasn't even been picked up. I have e-mailed him and tried calling him numerous times. No response in any way. I searched to see if he is still in business but the only threads I could find on him were back in 2010 and at that time all his customers were happy.
So my question? Is he still in business? Does anyone know him personally, did something happen? I know life happens and if something happened and he didn't get it out I am okay with that I just want them.
Any input would be appreciated. I don't want to have to initiate a charge back, I want the lift. But I can just make them if I knew it would have taken this long. I was just willing to forgo the cash to save the trouble and time.
I also don't know what section to post this in so I am going to apologize in advance for the multiple threads... just looking for some answers.

Todd did contact me this morning (the day after i open a dispute go figure), and told me had been on a vacation. It is a Monday so hey it could have happened, I don't care to speculate. He offered to ship me one and refund my shipping charge claiming UPS didn't pick it up.
I told him I would cancel the dispute but only after I receive the goods/refund.
I'm a believer in second chances and giving people the benefit of the doubt. Even though it sounds similar to Madlands experience.
So... that is where we are.
