Default Trouble finding a part for 12 volt adapter

I have a 92 Classic Range Rover and I'm having trouble finding a source for a replacement part. The 12 volt adapterreceptacle [i.e., the "cigarette lighter" receptacle] on my vehicle is oversized compared to those found on traditional American-made vehicles. I previously owned an '87 RR and it had a collar that fit over the adapter at the "plug" end of the accessory and made up for the difference in size. My existing RR does not have one and I can't find a source. I've checked with all the usual suspects and no one seems to know where to go to find one.

Can anyone help with a source for this "collar" that fits over the "male" end of the accessory cord so that it makes proper contact with the "female" receptacle located in the dash? Hope that makes sense.

Thanks.
