Where should I look for the VIN?

 

door tag on the drivers side usually has it, tag on the dash at the bottom of the windshield some models have it under the hood etc etc

 

Thanks, had a good look round the other day but couldn't see anything anywhere. What's the general form of the number?

In the US unless an old antique vehicle or it's missing the VIN should be clearly visible looking through the lower portion of the driver's side of the windshield and also located on the LH door jamb ID.

The VIN will look like this and you will then need this sites info to determine what your truck is based on Euro Specs.

And will be 17 digits (letters and numbers)
