I take it you haven't taken the time to read the thousands of post regarding this very common issue.
Go test your brakes, hard, do you feel the ABS pulsation still?
What brand of brake pads and rotors are you running, do your brakes squeak, are the wheels covered with alot of brake dust and have you looked to see how much brake material i left on your brakes???????????????
Once you can answer all these questions, I'll try and walk you thru what is going on.

Thanks for your response, I have been out of town working and unable to get back to you. I am not sure of the rotor & brake pad brand, this is my mom's car and she doesn't know. There is a little squeaking and some dust. It looks like there is a lot left on the pads. I tested the ABS, and it does not work. The wheels lock and skid when braking hard. Can you help???

Does your Mom have a small independent shop that she uses for her Rover or a dealer? If it is the dealer, you don't want to take it in to them, their general soultion to this problem is to throw lots of parts at the truck, ending up with a huge bill. Find a small shop that has a Auto Logic or similar lap top scanner, have them read the codes, write them down, get an estimate and ask them to turn off the lights to see if it will come back. If the warning lights come back then you will need to replace some parts, get back to us on the parts cause there are places that sell ABS parts for alot less then the dealer.

Get back to us with whatever information they give you as well as the estimate.

Took my Mom's 02 D2 to my local shop and they told me that they could not take the ABS readings off their computer because the information is proprietary to Land Rover???
Still stuck with the 3 lights on (TC, ABS, & Downhill).
Where do I go from here?

No, they just didn't have a good lap top scanner like an Auto Logic or it's equivilant. There are plenty of shops with good quality scanners that can read and reset the ABS codes.

Still trying to fix my Mom's Disco II. I found a shop to reset the ABS TC and Down Hill warning lights. They stayed off for a while and now they are back!! The mechanic told me he thought it could by a ground wire that is somewhere behind the glove box or possibly the sensor on the front wheel.
Does anyone have any suggestions before I bring it into the shop?
THANKS for any help!

Sure, are your brakes squeaking and or dusty?
