windows

Ive just bought a 96 discovery and the only window that works is the front passenger, ive heard there is a box in the glove box which might be the problem, any thoughts?

Chances are it could be the ECU for the windows. A very common problem, and an easy fix.

is that the part in the glove box, just need to put the wire back on ?

the window lift ecu suffers from poor or broken solder joints.....you can remove it an attempt to repair the bad points...or...perform the window lift bypass....search a little here for that....
