Default Wiring on the Fritz

Hello all seems as though previous owner has wired in o2 sensors and jumbled up the harness causing a issue with my ECU can’t seem to communicate to obd2 through K-line but can to everything else. So I’m imagining a 12V short in the harness wondering if anyone has rebuilt a 4.6 secondary air ecu harness or knows of a place to get one? I’ve pulled a entire one from a junker but don’t trust it just as much as the current one in the Vehicle. Cant find a new harness off the shelf new to save my life seeing if I could get any input from some fellow owners. My Vehicle is a 04 D2
