Default 2008 LR2 AC clutch shot.

Hi all,
any advice on a quality AC compressor replacement for my 2008 LR2 ? British Atlantic offer an aftermarket by Nissen for 500$ any advice appreciated 😊
The existing compressor is solid but I need a quality clutch kit.

I believe that either Denso or Valeo make the factory compressor, and Rock Auto has the best price on the Denso. Have not seen the clutch sold separately, unfortunately. RA also has a less expensive GPD unit for $217, and they also sell the receiver/drier, dessicant and o-ring kit to go with it for an additional $44. I've had really good luck with Rock Auto over the years and GPD compressors generally get good reviews.

Default 2008 LR2 ac clutch bearing assembly kit

Thanks for the reply.I found a company in Tennessee called acclutches.com. Their website looks pretty good and they carry a replacement clutch kit for this OEM original compressor and manufactured in the USA.
Ill have it by Tuesday so to be continued thanks again
