Hey guys, just bought an 08' LR2 for the wifey to drive. Full warranty, except the headlight bulb ofcourse! LR in Sudbury, MA says $200 to replace light bulb. I laughed and said no thanks. I've only owned Nissan's and have done all the work on those cars myself. so the LR is new to me.

I'm searching for a headlight removal diagram to make sure I don't miss any screws or any other little things that need removal in order to install new headlight.
I'm looking at bulbs, do they use D1S type HID bulbs?

light turned pink and then eventually just won't work, 1 week after we left the dealership! so much for the 140 point CPO inspection. Thanks for all your help!

remove 2 screws #2, pull up on the headlamp release #8, slide headlamp out
