Lightbulb Diagram for grease fittings on 2010 lr2 and what grease with what zert

Im looking to grease my 2010 lr2 has 38000 miles not sure where they all are and do i use high speed or pin grease any help on know of a site with the diagram or specs would be great.

Land rover calls them "nipple-grease" in their parts books. Searching the LR2 parts book has no entries listed.
Are you sure there are, in fact, any? I'd be surprised if there are.

My money is on there not being any.
If there are you can use any suspension grease you want.

LR stopped using nipples in 2004. And that was always for driveshafts.
