2008 LR2 lights flashing/flickering issue
Hi, so I have a 2008 Land Rover LR2 with 150k Miles on the clock and I love the car but recently the lights have started flashing/flickering even when set to off, it more commonly does it when it is set to auto and just on, it affects every light beside the dome lights. I've tested the alternator with a multimeter with the car off and it is putting 12.5v through, and I have checked the fuses and they are fine. See the video for a look at what it does. Any help is much appreciated as I drive at night most of the time, thanks in advance.

Hmm. Your LR2 is possessed. SOS. Asking for help. If you lived in Cleveland I'd say it's that demon that was kicked out of Linda Blair's body. That's where he was exiled.
Seriously, I have never seen anything like this. Does this happen with the key in the dock, or not? Could be the light switch has moisture damage.

Start by checking behind the glove compartment, make sure all the wiring harnesses are securely locked and look for possible water damage. It feels like something's loose, but just a hunch.

It does say the Drivers Door is open even while driving but it has been doing that for a while I did find that when it got a little wet around the harness area between the door and the car it would fix that. The key works how it should, it just starts the car these issues only happen when I have it in the accessory mode or on. In the way of the voltage, so with the car off its doing 12.5v but when I turn the lights on and it does that flashing it does 12.10v-12.19v.

Have you had your battery tested? Looks like a bad cell. Something tries to come on and pulls the battery voltage below 11.2v so the computers quit. As soon as the power draw goes off the voltage comes back and the sequence starts again. Your meter will not probably catch the quick flick to 11.2.
