Giving Due Credit to my Land Rover Dealer
For a change I thought I'd post something positive:
While my Land Rover dealer isn't perfect, I have to say that I'm impressed they follow the manufacturer's recommended service schedule to the letter. I have owned several other vehicles, both domestic and foreign, and in all other cases those dealers invented their own customized maintenance schedules and padded them with more frequent services than recommended in the owners manual for normal use driving. Over-servicing is costly and unnecessary, especially with some of the long-life components in today's modern vehicles.
