Holy codes!!
We just plugged in our MaxiAP.... main issues we are having at this moment is that the back windows do not roll down, and sometimes the passenger door lock gets stuck. We replaced the fan control module and assembly less than a year ago, with a non OEM part, because OEM was out of budget. However the car runs well, does not over heat and cooling system runs just fine. I am new to diagnostics and repairing cars, but my husband and I are a quick study. Just looking on some guidance on where to start with all these codes

You have the screenshot, I'd clear all of those codes and then see what comes back over time.
The fan control code might be due to non-OEM, and it might be fine, but those modules do tend to throw codes prior to failure, I've experienced that.
I honestly wouldn't worry about all the body/accessory codes unless something stops working. Might be just intermittent communication issues on the CAN network.
Although you might want to check the ground connections, bad grounds can affect a lot of different things. Make sure they're clean, tight, and not corroded.

Also try a computer reset, helps clean up the computer memory...
Disconnect both battery cables (neg first)
Wait ten minutes
Touch battery cable ends together
Wait ten
Connect battery (pos first)
Wait ten
Insert key fob (don't turn on)
Wait ten
Turn car systems on, but not the motor (with foot off brake, press and hold start button for a few seconds)
Wait ten
Start engine, drive around a bit

for the window and door lock… I find it very easy to reset just by holding the window operator button for 30 seconds in one direction or the other, and it seems to reset. On the locks, you have to do it at the drivers door lock button.
