Default Sunroof piece rusted and Broke - Wont close

Hi all!

Today while out and about, I had my sunroof opened, When I went to close it, it would go about 90% then open back up. I inspected and the arm in the back on the passenger side has rusted and broken off.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you!

I noticed the replacement parts are described as plastic, while you said that your original piece had rusted. Hmmm, let us know how it works out. Good luck!

Correct, Im hoping the plastic set is a direct replacement, I was told this is the part # OEM (for referance): 0000056058.

Also trying to find any info on how to replace the part but no luck so far. Not sure how to get into that area.
