Default LR2 - 150 or 180 amp alternator?

2008 LR2 SE. The vacuum pump leaked for a long time, and due to me neglecting it, I had a idler pulley failure and broken serpentine belt. I just finished replacing the vacuum pump seals, idler and tensioner pulleys, and the clutch pulley that drives the belt. Now that I've got it all back together it only starts after I put a charger on the battery and get it up to 14V, and then after 10-20 minutes the voltage drops down under 12V and the dash throws lots of errors and it stops. Mechanic friend told me bad alternator is likely the cause of all the errors.

Gonna pull the manifold and replace but looking at replacements to order and I see 150amp and 180amp. Not sure which one I should get. Do I need the 180amp since I have the heated windshield?

Having more available power is never a bad thing if it fits correctly.
