I have not tried the unit you posted, and as I am not in the US, it will not display the price.

But I found a remarkably cheap solution that I expected would be Chines junk, but had proved to be as good as the OEM unit in my 2017 Nissan.

I bought this $49 map, reverse camera, Android Auto unit from
Amazon Amazon
and was shocked how good it is for the price. I ownthe Japanese Domestic Model FL2 with its old 7" GPS screen that is locked to Japan. It took some fabrication to the OEM mount and hiding the plug-in AUX and USB C power, but it works perfectly on Bluetooth, tying into the existing FL2 radio for great Spotify sound, Google Maps and cell phone calls.

Unfortunately, they have nothing for LR2's. The brand names are meaningless, the Chinese just mix up letters to make up names so you can't find them if you want customer service.
