Default Over heating

bought my LR2 July 07, no problems till just about a month ago. Engine over heated, dealership replaced fans. Couple days later engine over heated again... dealership had my LR2 for about 1.5 weeks, said they don't know whats going on and that they reloaded my computer software and they cannot reproduce the problem and that they think it was gone. well once again its back at the dealership because engine over heated for the 3rd time... anyone seen this, cuz my dealership hasn't.... oh the details of the problem are: when I'm at a stop my A/C starts blowing warm to hot air and then engine temp starts to rise. If i start moving before the high temp alarm goes off the engine and a/c will cool off....

You are getting close to a lemon law issue. Are they giving you a loaner while this is going on?
Stay out of it, let the dealer find the problem or replace the vehicle.

Well it was almost a lemon, after 3 repairs and still not correct its a lemon. Dealership called last night, found my fan motor was drawing 55amps! motor is rated for 30amps and the amperage was frying my fan control modular. I still feel weird about this, shouldn't a fuse have been blown... and yes dealership was giving me loaners to drive, this time a nice LR3. Which i found something i wish the LR2 had, i love the air bag suspension to where you can raise the vehicle for off roading!
