I wanna start by saying that i have ABSOLUTELY no idea what I'm doing. Everything I've learned has been on this Volvo designed, ford engine, inside a luxury jeep knockoff. I JUST got a proper repair manual downloaded but it's so jumbled on my phone that i can't understand it. The rest was done by piecing together similarities between 2008, 2010, and 2011 vehicles. So I've got a 2012 HSE(idk if that matters) and the whole thing started with next to no maintenance being done by anyone besides a basic oil change when I got the car from my mom. It ran fine until I replaced the radiator and I've been having nothing but problems since. I believe the engine itself, aside from possibly 2 fuel injectors, is operating correctly. The problem is, I had to get a JLR specific scanner to find the problem, the Pressure Line Control Solenoid B is only showing .2 Volts while everything else is showing .999-1.0V. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to order a solenoid and they only showed shift solenoids and the shift interlock on the gear shift for order.
At this point, I'm still not exactly sure which solenoid it is(I'll post a pic that I think I have). I've replace what I can order and don't wanna buy a whole valve body. I'm fairly certain I can find what I need on ebay or rocksauto but I just don't know the part. If anyone can help me, this forum and it's post have been a great help thus far and I'd like to thank the mods and normal posters ahead of time for the previous help. You guys are great
it's not my pic but that's how it sets in the car. If any could tell which on is Pressure Line Control Solenoid B, that'd be absolutely fantastic
So, I went to O'Reilly to see if they could order the solenoid from Land Rover and they don't have it as an option to even order. I'm just wanting to clarify that it's number 3 in the illustration

Do you have the LR part number? I see that the S1 and S2 3-way solenoids have part numbers, but not the SLT solenoid. It may be because it is not sold separately. You may have to buy a new control module or get one at a salvage yard and cannibalize the SLT solenoid.
I know the LR2 engine is a Volvo engine but I don't know if the transmission is also the same. If so, you might have better luck at a Volvo parts shop.
Yes the tranny is the same too (entire driveline to the wheels is the same). Software might be different, but the hardware should be the same for same MY hopefully.
You can ohm out the solenoid to verify its the problem.
This ebay listing shows the ohm values. https://www.ebay.com/itm/291343936508
Says it fits 2012 LR2, its a ford transmission.
They refer to the solenoids differently than volvo does but should be 5 - 5.6 ohms if its good.
What exactly was the fault code you got? or are you only going by the voltage value? Whats it doing/not doing?
From what ive read if that solenoid fails, it just lets full pressure flow causing trans overheating.
