I just bought a 2010 L2 and paired by Galaxy S4. The phone receives calls and I can dial out using the keypad in the car. I can't use "Telephone Voice Control" however. When I pull the green button on the steering wheel towards me for two seconds, the screen on the console gives a "voice dialling" message for about 1 second. There is no sound asking for a voice command. I have read the manual many times but can't figure out how to add voice tags.

The voice tags on the LR2 are in the phone itself, not in the car. Set up the voice tags with your phone, so that you are able to use it when not attached to the vehicle.

With the radio showing that it is recognizing voice dialing, it should work, but if still having trouble, might want to try it with another phone.

I have no idea how to set up voice tags on my Sansung Galaxy S4. The phone manual is of no help. Any ideas?

Try turning on/off both Google Now, and S-Voice on the phone. But you might want to also try another phone just to make sure the issue isn't the radio.
