Default 05 LR3 Steering Shake

Hello

Quick question. Going at slow speeds over big potholes or bumps, it seems as though the steering has a bit of play, i.e the steering wheel wants to shake a bit. Is this normal?

Also, I beleive my truck has developed a "knock" in the right rear suspension area. It only happens under more severe bumps (yes the roads in NE are really bad). Have read could be control arm bushings, and also on UK forums have read it could be bad ARB bushings. Anyone had a similar issue and replaced the ARB bushings? Seems like a quick fix, at least easier than the control arm bushings.

thanks

Darren
