Ok. I finally got my smoke test kit in the mail and got it working this morning. I applied smoke into the oil dipstick tube and sure enough got smoke leaking out of the PCV o-rings on the bottom. Replaced the o-rings, re-smoked, and didn't see anymore smoke. Cleared lean codes and the engine definitely runs more smoothly now.

Advice to anyone chasing lean codes (like me), buy a smoke machine before throwing money at parts you don't need! Here's a link to the smoke machine I bought on Amazon for about $120. Made in the USA as well! Really good quality!
