I need to change the air pump and I'm not for sure what brand to get here a few pic can someone help me on what brand it is

That looks like the "reverse AMK style". That is only the second one like that I have seen. On all the compressors the dryer is outboard, but that one is inboard. I am just not sure what the truck "thinks" it is, because software matters.

Forget the compressor, deal with that rust first before you end up on " Just rolled in " .
