Default 2006 LR3 low rangeflashing + other weird stuff!

Hi,

My 2006 LR3 battery failed and resulted in many weird warning signals: Flashing low range (green) hand brake, rans fault, suspension and no systems available etc + now fuel gage also not active. I replaced the battery but the same errors showing. code U0167 "lost communication with vehicle immobilizercontrol module"
Any help much apreciated

Check your alternator output, possibly dying.

Just checked and the alternator appears fine, tranfers straight to 14.5 range when engine engaged.

Currently:
Low range flashing
the range selector is just flashing and unresponsive
Transmission fault
Suspension fault
fuel gage stays at enpty

I have had the LR3 for 13 years and never experienced such weird responses..* battery brand new

How about a water leak onto the CJB? Or a bad connection on it?

FYI the fuel gauge wiring is know to rub onto the frame. That spot is behind the passenger wheel behind the liner. Basically behind the very bottom face of the rear of the fender. Might be worth a look.

Thanks will take a look over the weekend. Are there any videos or links that provide steps for this?
Thanks

Check all the battery cables? Especially the ground cable that is bolted to the fender behind the battery

Today I thought I would chec the TCCM Module (begind the battery)
I have access and have detached the wires etc but unsure regarding how to remove it? I have the black case off but wonder if there is a specific means of removing it?
I can see some corrosion on the pins so hoping I might be able to clean all of this off and test. Please let me know if I need to pry it off or the correct method.

Thanks
