Default 2006 LR3 suspension lowering

I put my truck in ext.lift mode and removed the F26 fuse. It has been sitting for 3days and has not lowered at all. truck was lowering down to the stops when it sits for a while.. I read that if the fuse was removed it could tell me a bit more on what might be the issue. Any ideas what could be wrong?? Dealer is telling me a whole new system @ $4000.00 Maybe I should do the coil conversion?? Atlantic British has them for $1000.00 and my buddy can throw it on for $200.00 But I really like the ride of the air system.. :-(

I was going to try new air valves but not sure if this is the problem.. I have had this 2006 LR3 SE V8 for about two months now and love it even though I have two major issues.. The air system and a front diff problem that i am in the process of fixing.. Gotta love it.. :-)

j~
