Default 2006 LR3 VVT solenoid location???

Hey all, I'm new to the forum and I've spent all day looking for the VVT Solenoid location on a 2006 LR3 V6-4.0? I've search manuals, workshop manuals and nothing....any direction would help, thank you

Hi new22, I'm fairly sure the 4.0 V6 doesn't have VCT and therefore no VVC solenoid.
The timing is set up using special tools to ensure the single camshaft per cylinder head is adjusted correctly. Thereafter the rockers are controlled by hydraulic lash adjusters (similar to hydraulic valve followers in the diesel engines).
