With a volt meter, measure for DC volts between the wire on the seat switch pack that is brown with purple, and the wire that is all black. Should be 12+ volts.

The brown with purple wire is pin one of a connector, also measure pin 2 of same connector, thought to be green with pink, for 12+ volts to black wire when iginition turned on.

 

It ended up being the central junction box. It took the dealer 2 days to figure it out. It just doesn't happen very much.

I have the exact same problem as the one described by pep100. Mine is a 07 LR3 v6 power seats and lumbar no memory seats. I checked all fused, power is going to the junction box, going to the switch, going to the seat motors. I hear a click when I press the switch, but both seats still don't move. I replaced the relay under the passenger seat. Where is the central junction box that pep100 is referring to?
Can someone please help me?

 

Try a reset: hold the forward movement lever in 'forward' for 3 minutes, and see if it resets, and runs.

Works on my LR3 when I have a fuse out, and replace it - and it still won't move. Reset gets it going. (A lot like our damn window and skylights switch reset issues...)
